This is the second draw of the week, reinforcing the government's focus on retaining talent already in the country.

To receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in this round, candidates had to:

What This Means for Applicants

This draw shows a continued emphasis on Canadian work experience as a valuable factor in immigration. For international graduates, temporary workers, and others already contributing to Canada’s workforce, CEC draws remain a vital pathway to permanent residency.

If your CRS score is close to the cut-off, now is a great time to:

·        Update your Express Entry profile

·        Recalculate your CRS with any recent changes

·        Consult an immigration advisor to explore Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) options or improve your language scores

CEC draws often have lower CRS cut-offs compared to PNP-specific rounds. If you're in Canada and gaining work experience, ensure you're tracking your CRS and Express Entry eligibility closely — the next draw could be yours!Want to know if you’re eligible or how competitive your score is?Contact our certified consultants today for a free profile assessment!
