The Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP) is a permanent residence pathway designed to help rural communities address labor shortages by attracting skilled foreign workers. As of 2026, it has officially succeeded the previous Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP).

Intra Company Transfer

​An Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) in Canada allows multinational companies to temporarily transfer employees to their Canadian branches, subsidiaries, or affiliates. This program is part of the International Mobility Program (IMP) and facilitates the transfer of skilled workers without needing a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).
