Federal Skilled Worker Program

The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) is designed for individuals who possess the skills and experience needed to contribute to Canada’s economy. This program assesses candidates based on their work experience, education, language ability, and other factors to ensure they meet the criteria for immigration. Successful applicants can obtain permanent residency, allowing them to live and work in Canada. The FSWP is an ideal pathway for skilled professionals seeking new opportunities in a diverse and thriving environment.

Age: Atleast 18 years.

Education: Atleast Grade 12 (Education assessment will give points).

Experience: Atleast 1 year continuous (1560 hours/ year) in (NOC ) TEER : 0,1,2,3.

Language: IELTS- GT or CELPIP equivalent to CLB 7.

Job offer: LMIA based job offer in NOC TEER 0,1,2,3. (Not mandatory)

Adaptability: PR/citizen Sibling in Canada, Spouse Education & Language exam. (Will get extra points)

Admissibility: You and your dependents should not be inadmissible.

Federal Skilled Trades Program

Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) is a key immigration pathway for skilled tradespeople looking to settle in Canada. This is designed for individuals who have experience and qualifications in specific trades, allowing them to contribute to the Canadian economy. Applicants must meet certain criteria, including work experience, language proficiency, and a valid job offer or a certificate of qualification. The FSTP is ideal for those seeking to establish a new life in Canada while utilizing their specialized skills.

Age: Atleast 18 years.

Education: Atleast Grade 12 (Education assessment will give points).

Experience: Atleast 2 year full time work experience in skill Trade within last 5 Years before applying in (NOC Group: 72,73, 82,83,92, Cooks & Chefs)

Language: IELTS- GT or CELPIP equivalent to CLB 5.

Job offer: LMIA based Job Offer Required Full time employment in NOC TEER: 0,1,2,3. or Red Seal exam certificate

Adaptability: PR/citizen Sibling in Canada, Spouse Education & Language exam. (Will get extra points)

Admissibility: You and your dependents should not be inadmissible.

Immigrate as a self-employed person

The Self-employed Persons Program allows people to immigrate to Canada permanently as a self-employed person.

If you’re interested in this program, you must:

  • have relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics and

  • be willing and able to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada

 

Education: Atleast Grade 12 (Education assessment will give points) 

Experience: Atleast 2 years of continues Experience.

Language: IELTS- GT or CELPIP equivalent to CLB 4  atleast.

A self-employed person means at least two years of experience.

It must be during the period starting 5 years before the day you apply and ending on the day we make a decision on your application.

You can get more points if you have 3, 4, or 5 years of experience.

At a minimum, your experience must be:

for cultural activities:

2 one-year periods being self-employed in cultural activities, or

2 one-year periods participating at a world-class level in cultural activities, or

a combination of a one-year period described in (a), and a one-year period described in (b)

for athletics:

2 one-year periods being self-employed in athletics, or

2 one-year periods participating at a world class level in athletics, or

a combination of a one-year period described in (a) above, and a one-year period described in (b) above
